Well Played Netflix

It’s the next generation of Tanners! On Thursday, Netflix released the premiere date and first teaser for the highly anticipated Full House spinoff, Fuller House!
A ton of the original cast is going to be in the new show including: Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber are confirmed to star, while John Stamos will produce and turn up as a guest star. Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin, Dave Coulier, Scott Weinger, and Dylan and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit (the twins!) will also return.
While Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were “teetering” back and forth about appearing, it’s been confirmed that they will not star. Their character, Michelle Tanner, will supposedly be busy creating a fashion empire in New York City. Sounds pretty familiar.
I hope those two come around, I really do. It would be the most amazing come-back in the history of television to see the Olsen twins show up on those San Francisco door steps. It would be epic!
In the emotional video, images of the Tanners’ iconic San Francisco townhouse flood the screen, all while Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me” plays in the background. Oh come on! It’s melting my heart already. The series concept brings back the original cast as a recently widowed D.J. Tanner-Fuller moves in with her sister Stephanie and her best friend, Kimmy Gibbler, to raise her three boys.
In addition to John Stamos, original Full House producers Robert L. Boyett, Thomas L. Miller, and Jeff Franklin are returning to produce the spinoff. This is serious business people!
Mark your calendars! The new series, which is set to premiere on Feb. 26 on Netflix and will consist of 13 episodes.
Like I said before, well played Netflix, well played.
