Ever seen those commercials with scenes of people running through an expansive open field of gorgeous daisies or lilies? That’s how I feel when I smell Ralph Lauren’s Romance for Women; it’s such a light and airy scent. At first spray I immediately get floral notes but as it settles into my skin it starts to develop into something even softer. They say perfumes smell different depending on the person who’s wearing it—on me—romance is reminiscent of baby powder with a subtle hint of sweetness. The floral notes that hit my nose at first spray still linger in the background and I’m left feeling fresh.
Overall I love the scent. In my opinion this perfume is a daily wear because it is not too strong. For evening or a night out on the town I would certainly choose a different type of scent, but Ralph Lauren’s Romance for Women is perfect for daytime use.
