Jane Lynch on respecting wildlife at “Jane” Movie Premiere

Hollywood came out in droves to see the much anticipated premiere of “Jane” which chronicles the life and work of the much-respected and beloved anthropologist, Jane Goodall. Funny leading lady Jane Lynch was on hand at the premiere and spoke with New You on her thoughts about the movie and Jane Goodall herself. “The research she’s done behaviorally and becoming part of their society is invaluable and there’s no one like her. No one has done the work she’s done.” When it comes to conservation and protection of our wildlife, Jane had a simple yet direct approach. “They are wild animals. They have their own societies. I think leaving them alone and having deep respect for their purpose and part of our ecosystem is important.” In terms of a healthy lifestyle, Jane also has a simple approach for her own wellbeing. “Eat food that comes from as close to the ground as possible. That’s what I’m learning. And you don’t need as much food as you think you do. We overeat. We have huge portions.”
