JULIA JONES WISHES SHE DEVELOPED EARLY HEALTH HABITS

For Julia Jones, it’s all about being healthy today. “I just wish I had developed good habits earlier,” says The Twilight Saga actress. “You don’t realize how up and down you go when you are on a sugar and caffeine high.” NEW YOU caught up with Jones at the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability Gala in Los Angeles last night.  Today, Jones is far more aware of what she puts into her body. “I just wish that I drank more water and not eat so much chocolate all the time,” she says. “I ate chocolate and drank vodka all the time – it is terrible and it catches up with you.”  Her focus is now more on nourishing food and increasing her water intake.   “I also think sunscreen is important as well as lots of sleep.” When it comes to environment, Jones hopes that more people will drive fuel efficient cars in the future.
