Sarah Boyd Simply Stylist Founder Wants to Empower Women

Miami is a GREAT city, but if you add models, bloggers, fashionistas and digital influencers to the mix, it becomes even better. This past weekend Sarah Boyd Simply Stylist founder hosted her first ever Pop-up event at the exquisite Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort to celebrate Coppertone’s new Whipped sunscreen. Sarah gave NEW YOU the scoop on her growing company. She was an absolute joy to interview because she exuded so much passion about connecting women. Sarah shared with NEW YOU that bringing people together has always been on her heart. “I came from PR, so I did that for about ten years, and really always loved connecting people, ever since I was three years old.” Thus, Simply Stylist was born and has been up-and-running ever since 2012.

“I set out to create a company that empowered women with kindness and collaboration. I really just wanted to get everyone connected under one roof. Women in numbers is very powerful.”

-Sarah Boyd

It isn’t just about the connections though, Sarah is all about the friendships. Her events allow women at the top of their respective industries to meet with attendees and newcomers to build long-lasting relationships. “With social media and the industry nowadays, there’s not really the in-person experience anymore. So I wanted to bring that back and have people really connect in a meaningful way.” If that isn’t girl power, we don’t know what is. Go, Sarah, Go!
