Epsom Salts:

Due to its enormous amount of antioxidants, cherry juice is extremely beneficial in helping to limit muscle soreness. Next time you are at the gym, try drinking or adding a hint of this superfood to your post-workout smoothie.

Great news for latte lovers! Researchers at the University of Georgia found that two cups of coffee can help decrease sore muscles in women after a tedious workout. It works by stopping the chemical adenosine, which is released from your body, after sustaining an injury. But be mindful of too much caffeine intake because it can unfortunately cause severe muscle spasms.
