Regardless, sleep does not come easy for everyone. If you are one of many adults suffering from the “toss-and-turn syndrome,” consider a natural remedy. According to a study from Northwestern Medicine, regular aerobic exercise, at least three times a week — jogging, playing tennis, or walking briskly — improves sleep quality. It can be moderate exercise, but if you get it, you’ll sleep more deeply. Just make sure you don’t exercise right before going to bed. Give it two to four hours, to avoid the stimulating effects of exercise.
