Getting Started: The 30 Day Fitness Challenge App

With my summer vacation quickly approaching, I recently downloaded the 30-Day Fitness Challenge app. I am so excited to share this news with you because I think sticking to any fitness program is difficult and gaining extra support is always important for success.

The 30 Day Fitness Challenge app allows users to choose one or more of the 19 different 30 day workout routines that range from the” jumping jack challenge” or “burpee challenge” to overall body workouts like the “little black dress challenge.” The app’s design works perfectly for individuals who are looking for convenient, new, 5-minute fitness routines—at a great price!

I’ve decided to undertake the beach body and the arm challenge. The beach body challenge features different daily exercises, while the arm challenge involves the same three exercises every day (tricep dips, mountain climbers, and pushups). The time spent performing the fitness drill for both challenges gradually increases each day. My favorite part of the app is the videos that demonstrate proper techniques, because I could definitely use the assistance. Plus, I have the option to set reminders to complete the daily exercise so that I never have an excuse to miss a day.

The app provides me with the opportunity to share my daily achievements and help motivate my friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
