The most frequent excuse is feeling too tired, especially after a long day of work.  Athletic trainers, however, are quick to point out that exercise helps overcome fatigue.  Once you start your workout, your circulation increases, and you begin to release endorphins, the hormones that make you feel good. So fight the urge to make a beeline home and onto your couch after work. Instead, boost your chances of getting to the gym, track or pool by taking all of your workout supplies to the office to change before leaving. Just think of the gym as a natural, healthier energy drink replacement!
