David Beckham has undoubtedly marked his spot on the soccer field and has made a name for himself in both the fashion and fragrance industries. Now, the former English professional soccer player is getting his hands wet in the beauty industry.
Luxury skincare company, Biotherm, announced David Beckham as their first global ambassador sharing how excited they are to have the “sexiest man alive” a part of their team.

According to Beckham, creating a skincare line is something that has crossed his mind before.
“I’m excited to be working with Biotherm Homme. I’ve been thinking about developing a skincare range for a long time and it wasn’t until I started speaking with Biotherm that it all came together,” David explained in a statement. “They are as ambitious as I am, and we look forward to showing everyone the fruits of our labour very soon.”
General Manager of Biotherm, David Fridlevski is just as excited about the impact that this new partnership will have on men’s skincare.
“The partnership between Biotherm Homme and David Beckham is set to shift the boundaries in the men’s skincare category and reinforce our brand’s leadership,” he said. “It’s the first time a male celebrity of this stature has developed a skincare collection. We’re proud to be David Beckham’s partner of choice to develop his vision of skincare, and we’re delighted to welcome him as a new brand ambassador.”
David isn’t the only one who is exploring opportunities within the beauty industry. His wife, Victoria Beckham also announced earlier this year that she will be a launching a makeup collection. She has previously created a limited-edition collection with Estée Lauder.
We can’t wait to see what the Beckhams come up with!
