Inside the Race to Erase MS Gala

Some of Hollywood’s biggest names attended the 23rd annual Race to Erase MS Gala held at the Beverly Hilton on Friday night. LL Cool J, Randy Jackson, Jaime Pressly, and Ashley Tisdale hosted the gala, which raises funds to provide treatment and eventually find a cure to multiple sclerosis.
Nancy Davis founded Race to Erase MS in 1993 after she was diagnosed with MS. Since her diagnosis, she has devoted her time and resources to finding a cure.
The gala featured a live auction and multiple musical performances. Eric Benet played a tribute to Natalie Cole. Jordan Smith, KISS, Emblem3, and others performed as well.

Founder Nancy Davis said they were about to announce FDA approval of the 14th MS drug.

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne shot a campaign for Race to Erase MS. Sharon’s son and Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, has MS.
KISS performed at the Race to Erase MS Gala.
Eric Benet, Jordan Smith, Clay Walker, Emblem3 and Alexander Jean closed out the show with “Lean on Me.”
