It appears the custody battle between Madonna and Guy Ritchie could ruin what’s left of their 15-year-old son Rocco’s childhood if they fail to come to an agreement. Those are the words of a New York City judge. The judge urged the couple to resolve their differences over where the teenager should live. In fact, the high court judge added that it would be a tragedy if any more of the fast receding days of the teenager’s childhood were taken up by the conflict. Madonna and Ritchie have been locked in the bitter dispute since December. Rocco told his mother he wanted to stay with his father in London. Since then, it’s been a back and forth legal war. Many fans have been accusing the singer of having a meltdown because of the pressure. Madonna and Ritchie got married in September 2000 when Rocco was 4-months-old.
