You might know him from television shows such as The Good Wife, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Scrubs. Michael J. Fox, a fighter of Parkinson’s disease since the 1990s, is losing the battle.
At 54, his speech is slurred and it is predicted that Parkinson’s will affect his ability to walk before the age of 60. He was spotted with his wife, Tracy Pollan, at the Hollywood restaurant Craig’s, where she had to assist him with entering and exiting his vehicle.
His body might be failing him but his uplifting spirits are keeping him and many others alive! He gives hope to others battling Parkinson’s disease through the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. For years, he has worked tirelessly advocating the research and awareness of this disease, raising millions of dollars.
