The 2016 Netflix Series Schedule is Here!

Netflix just announced the premiere dates for 10 shows in 2016 to satisfy your binge-watching needs. Have your wine, popcorn, and blankets ready because you won’t be leaving the couch anytime soon.

 

Love, a new relationship comedy starring Paul Rust and Gillian Jacobs, produced by Judd Apatow, premieres February 11th at 3:01 AM ET.

 

The long awaited Full House sequel (21 years to be exact), Fuller House, is set to premiere February 26th. This time, Danny’s daughter D.J., is a widow and mother of three, so she asks her sister Stephanie and BFF Kimmy for help.

 

Flaked is a new comedy starring Will Arnett as Chip, a long-time resident of Venice, California who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination, London (played by Ruth Kearney). Premieres March 11th.

 

The Ranch is about a failed semipro football player (Ashton Kutcher) who returns home to his family ranch in Colorado. Ashton Kutcher and his “That 70’s Show costar, Danny Masterson are siblings on this multi-camera comedy that premieres April 1st.

 

The overnight hit, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, is about a woman who escapes from a cult after 15 years and moves to NYC to start a new life. The laugh out loud comedy is back April 15th.

 

Marseilles (May 5th) is a French series about power, corruption, and redemption set against the wealthy French port city, Marseille. Think House of Cards with a French twist.

 

Grace and Frankie, the hit comedy about Grace and Frankie’s husbands leaving them because they are in love with each other, is back May 6th.

 

The “we just can’t get enough of” the all women prison comedy, Orange is the New Black, is back June 17th.

 

Stranger Things starring Winona Ryder is an eight-episode series about a boy who vanishes (July 15th).

 

The Get Down, a musical drama set in 1970s New York, premieres August 12th. But “in a not like Netflix move,” only the first six episodes will be released on that date.

 

So with about 100 new Netflix original episodes this year, it’s safe to say we are never leaving the couch. Happy binge watching!
