What Khloe Kardashian Eats In One Day

Since the beginning of the Kardashians takeover, Khloe Kardashian has always kept it real when discussing the highs and lows of her weight loss journey. Last night, during the season 11 premier of Keeping Up with The Kardashians (KUWTK), the reality star revealed her body weight insecurities. Even taking a trip down memory lane as she recalled being known as the “fat one” or “big one” out of the bunch.

However, big sister Kim praised the reality star for undoubtedly being in the best shape of her life. Taking it a step further, Mrs. West made it her mission to pull Khloe outside of her comfort zone by booking her the cover of Complex Magazine in a provocative and sexy shoot. After much persuasion, the third of the Kardashian clan decided it was her time to finally shine.

We have to admit Koko totally rocked it! She looked incredible, sultry and seductive in her steamy photo shoot.

Fine tuning those famous curves does not come easy or without a strict exercise regimen, hard work, discipline and healthy food options. In case you’re wondering Khloe’s secret to keeping her body in tip-top shape, she revealed the meal plan in her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked.

In a section titled, The Joy of Cooking, the 31-year-old breaks down her diet from sunup to sundown.

5 AM: I’m up bright and early and have a huge glass of water and a black coffee.

6 AM: I’m off to the gym, ready to sweat.

8 AM: Breakfast is another big glass of water, my ideal oatmeal, and a protein shake.

11 AM: I snack on an apple with peanut butter or fruit and nuts.

1 PM: Lunch is a Chinese chicken salad.

3 PM: Snack time! Homemade hummus, chopped veggies, edamame, and another big glass of water (this time infused with fruit).

7 PM: Time for dinner. I usually keep it pretty clean, and my favorite go-to is steamed veggies and fish served with my Magic Mash-Up [Editor’s note: This is a cauliflower mash.] and a glass of water of course.

9 PM: I end my day with a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yoghurt.
