3 Steps to ‘Sexy Forever’
Posted On Jan 21, 2011
Today, my colleague Taryn Copeland alerted me to the latest anti-aging book to take the #1 spot on the New York Times bestseller list.
Sexy Forever is Suzanne Somer’s latest piece of printed work that strives to create a bridge between anti-aging medicine and the consumer.
Whether you’re already a fan and follower of this familiar face who was known in the 70s for her role as Chrissy on Three’s Company and became the Thigh Master of the 80s, today she serves up a good dose of how to live healthy and well.
I actually had the opportunity to hear Somers speak at the 18th Annual World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine in Las Vegas this past December. (That’s me with her pictured.)
“Who feels good when they’re tired, hot and fat?” Somers asked.
Somers preaches the gospel of bioidentical hormone replacement as a big part of the solution.
Her advice on how to avoid health, memory and energy loss?
1. Say no to poison food (that’s anything that’s not organic)
2. Ditch the toxic drinks (minimize the sugar and jut say “no” to diet drinks)
3. Stop slathering on the chemical skin products (opt for botanically based)
Put that way, Suzanne, I’m going green!
