Tomatoes: Who knew that this delectable, juicy red fruit could be used as a go-to zit remedy? Tomatoes are filled with antioxidants that can serve as a skin astringent. For the best results, slice it open and smooth the juice over the blemished area once or twice a day depending upon your skin’s sensitivity.
Garlic: No one can deny the aromatic smell of a garlic clove. However, did you know that garlic is jam-packed with antimicrobials as well as healing effects that are perfect for zit zapping? After peeling a garlic clove and mashing it well, apply the juice onto your skins surface for 20 minutes. As a precaution, complete a patch test on a small area of the skin in order to monitor your pigmentation’s response.
