Marc Jacobs Beauty Names Lipstick After Princess Charlotte
Posted On Feb 06, 2016
Princess Charlotte is one lucky little girl. The nine-month old is getting her very own lipstick named after her. Marc Jacobs Beauty just announced that they’ll be releasing the new lipstick on Friday, February 5th. The “Charlotte” lipstick is a highly pigmented pink lipstick that will be sold exclusively at Harrods in London. The lipstick is part of the brand’s Le Marc lip crème collection. Catherine Gore, global vice president and general manager of Marc Jacobs Beauty, told WWD, it is “inspired by the deepest saturated pink tones of an English rose.”
The lipstick retails for £24 ($34). But don’t go running out to your local Sephora just yet. The lipstick can only be purchased at Harrods.
Princess Charlotte has accomplished a lot before her 1st birthday on May 2nd. Charlotte isn’t even old enough to talk, but already has a lipstick named after her and inspired a children’s clothing line from designer Seraphine. This tiny toddler is on her way to becoming a well-known fashionista.
