Celebrities often use their fame and fortune to launch a range of fashion lines. We love to review all of them! Here are three that you need to know about:
Sarah Jessica Parker: Ever wanted to steal an item from Carey Bradshaw’s closet? Last month, Sarah Jessica Parker, our favorite Sex and the City icon partnered with Nordstrom to launch a street fashion line entitled SJP. The ‘Carrie’ T-Strap Pump,” is absolutely gorgeous and an ode to Ms. Bradshaw’s signature fashion sense. The 3 ½” red heels with adjustable straps are the perfect height to guarantee comfort without sacrificing luxury.
Sofia Vergara: Available at Kmart, Sofia Vergara is an extremely affordable line for today’s modern woman who seeks class with a hint of sass. Sofia’s line features an array of prints, vibrant color options and flattering waistlines. One of my favorite dresses is the “Women’s Banded Maxi Dress,” in black and white with a banded empire waistline. This stretchy knit maxi dress works perfectly with my curves, and is oh-so comfortable! It is a great outdoor barbeque ensemble and a must-have this summer!
Victoria Beckham: Victoria Beckham’s self titled, high-end clothing line is a huge success amongst A-list celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonce Knowles, Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria and Kate Winslet—to name a few.
Her sleek designs shape and smooth curves, and wear well from office settings to cocktail parties. I love the “V Neck 4 sleeve fitted dress,” from the “Ready to Wear Collection” because it is amazingly simple, flattering and versatile. The dress comes in solid shades of white, black or beige and its signature feature is the zipper, which starts at the neckline and closes just above the knee—leaving a small v-shaped opening in the back of the legs.
