Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Secret to Staying Slim!

Finally Jennifer Aniston has shared her secret to staying slim. In a recent interview with “Bon Appetit,” Jen dished on her favorite breakfast staples to help maintain her figure. Her breakfast consists of three go-to’s- first a smoothie with bananas, cherries, protein powder, and other antioxidants blended together with almond milk. Other times she has eggs over easy with avocado toast or oatmeal with egg whites whipped in. When she does have a cheat day, the former Friends star does have a weakness- homemade tortilla chips. Some of her other favorite dishes are Pasta Carbonara. Her and her hubby Justin Theroux’s signature dish is frozen yogurt which she occasionally sneaks in as a midnight snack. Jen has coffee too but just one a day. When it comes down to it, Jennifer has one philosophy- eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can. Keep sugar intake low.
