Orlando Bloom Denied Entry to India
Posted On Dec 21, 2015
Orlando Bloom made the long flight from London to Delhi, India and arrived at 1:30 in the morning then realized he had an invalid visa. That’s what reportedly happened to the Pirates actor. That just shows that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Orlando realized on arrival that the e-visa that he applied for in November had been rejected. He was then deported back to Britain at 4am. But all’s well that ends well. He was eventually granted a legal visa after the external affairs minister intervened the next day. Bloom went to India on an invitation from a politician there who told the media outlet that he had no idea that Orlando’s e-visa wasn’t in order. What’s even worse is that Orlando wasn’t feeling well when he arrived and despite being advised to go to a hospital for a stomach ache he was sent back to the UK.
