Rob Kardashian Drops 40lbs on Blac Chyna’s Workout Plan

Rob Kardashian might be gaining heat by being involved with his girlfriend Blac Chyna, but in return he’s losing weight. According to TMZ, Rob has already dropped about 40 pounds. He’s finally found a routine he can adhere to. The reclusive reality TV star has reportedly been sticking to a diet that’s eliminated fast food. And he’s also hitting the gym at least 5 times a week with a trainer. Rob and Chyna have also apparently started a no cheat days rule in the house and use each other as motivation to adhere to it. It’s widely known that the Kardashian family isn’t happy with Rob’s decision to move in with Chyna.  But if their main concern is his health and happiness, then it seems like this is working out well for him. Good job Rob!
