We’ll Miss You Alan Rickman

It is a sad day for Harry Potter fans around the globe. Alan Rickman (69), who played the world’s most beloved villain, Severus Snape, passed away from a secret battle with cancer today
Some of Alan Rickman’s work includes Harry Potter 1-8, Die Hard, Sweeny Todd, Love Actually, Sense and Sensibility, Robin Hood, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and the just completed Alice Through the Looking Glass, which will be released later this year.
Harry Potter has undoubtedly one of the biggest fan bases in the world. In 2011, Severus Snape beat Harry Potter himself for the title of “favorite character.” There’s just something about the bad boys that we can’t get enough of.
An ode to Professor Snape:
Rest in peace to the misunderstood Hogwarts’s professor that we loved to hate and grew to love. He taught us a lesson in love and in bravery. He showed us that good and evil isn’t always black and white. That everyone you meet is going through their own battle, and that they only show you the parts of them they want you to see. And for that, we will never forget him. Let’s take a vow to judge less and love more and embrace the Severus Snape in all of us.
Alan Rickman, we love you. Always.
