Texan actor, David Sullivan, tells NEW YOU on the red carpet at the Airbnb Open Spotlight event last night that it is important to keep healthy. “Listen to your body,” says the actor. “If your body feels funky, there is a reason for that. You can narrow it down and start to feel better.” Sullivan, who starred as “Abe” in the 2004 independent film, Primer, which won the Grand Jury prize at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival, tries to maintain a daily healthy eating habit and exercise routine. “I recently realized that dairy is not good for me,” says Sullivan. “As hard as it was to get away from that, I am now sticking to my non-dairy, non-artificial foods diet. It’s really hard but I feel so much better.” With regards to supplements, Sullivan takes a multivitamin, calcium magnesium, vitamin C, and fish oil daily. He recently stayed at an Airbnb place in Lake Tahoe. “It was less expensive than a hotel, easy in and out, and they had all the cooking stuff I needed,” said the actor. “It was really cool!”
