When it comes to Florida’s searing humidity, Miss Florida, Sara Zeng, has a solution. “My beauty secret is coffee filters,” says the state’s proud contestant for Miss America. “When you are sweating or you have oil on your face, coffee filters are the best way to remove that without ruining your make-up.” Ms Zeng took part in the contestants recording a little about themselves – a fun fact, a beauty secret and a significant event in each of their lives. Ms. Zeng’s fun fact was the life-size cardboard cutout of herself modeling for American Eagle Outfitters that was displayed from New York to Beijing. The Miss America Organization, Dick Clark productions and ABC today also announced the first four celebrity judges for the final night of The 2018 Miss America Competition. They are multi-platinum ACM Male Vocalist of the year Thomas Rhett, author, actress and model Molly Sims, multi-platinum recording artist and actress Jordin Sparks and PEOPLE editor in Chief Jess Cagle. Two of the judges are sure to be impressed with Ms. Zeng’s music talent. “When I was applying for college, my piano teacher at school influenced me to look at a music education at Florida State University which paved the pathway for my passion for music and my journey to Miss America.
