From hot lattes to iced coffees, it’s safe to say that many women have a guilty pleasure consisting of a Starbuck’s drink (or two) within the same day. If you’re tirelessly searching for the nutritional facts for your favorite summer treats, we completed a little investigation of our own to keep your waistline fit and fab all summer long. Keep in mind, moderation is key. Instead of a venti go for the tall and no need to ask the barista for extra whip because this helps keep the calories down.
Iced Coffee: An unsweetened iced coffee is only five calories! However, if you prefer something with the same effect with a touch of sweetness then ask for it “lightly sweetened.” It will only cost you a total of 60 calories.
Cold Brew Coffee: For coffee lovers, this slow-roasted drink has less than 5 calories by itself but with a splash of nonfat milk it totals 25 calories.
Iced Skinny Mocha: This delectable drink without any added incentives is only 70 calories!
Caramel Frappuccino: For just 100 calories, order it “light,” and receive the same decadence as the regular drink.
Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte: Enjoy this winter favorite all summer long at only 60 calories.
Iced Caffé Americano: Water and shots of espresso over ice will set you back a whopping 10 calories. Talk about a one-of-a kind deal.
Doubleshot on Ice: If you skip out on the water and instead add 2-percent milk for a richer, creamier flavor, your calorie intake will be less than 70. (I’ll have two of those, please).
