Craving something sweet? Grab some Turkey

The hardest about sticking to a diet is getting through those cravings. However the key to success might be just changing how we approach cravings. By doing this we can successfully stick to that diet (and get the results we want 😉 ).

The real key to a craving is what can we do to counteract them?

  1. I want sweets!
    If you can’t stop thinking about candy, ice cream, cookies and chocolate then maybe what your body is really telling you according to Daily Transformations, is that you are missing Chromomuim, Carbon, Sulfur, or Tryptophan…A.K.A. Grab some turkey, chicken, a sweet potato or some grapes. Sweet Craving
  2. I want carbs!
    If you can’t stop thinking about bread, pasta, or pancakes then maybe what your body is really telling you according to TheVeggieGirl.com, is that you are missing is Nitrogen…A.K.A. Grab some beans, oatmeal or some nuts.

    If you can’t stop thinking about having a cup of coffee then maybe what your body is really telling you is that you are missing isPhosphorus, Sulfur, or Iron…A.K.A. Grab some black cherries, eggs or a couple slices of a red pepper.
