We all know those daily stressors that drain our energy: Job pressures, financial issues and relationship conflicts, to name a few. Now add to that clutter. At work you’re lucky if you can even remember what your desk looks like; at home you’re swimming in take-out menus, your children’s toys, and a lifetime’s worth of horded knick-knacks. Face it, you’ve got too much stuff, and that stuff is waging a sneak attack on your energy reserves. First, there’s the feng shui drain that a cluttered space creates. Then there’s the sheer amount of time you waste looking for things. And it’s mainly that sense of chaos, or lack of control, that creates stress. A bit of Spring-cleaning will make you more organized, productive and relaxed.
