But even within a given slice of the color spectrum, there are superior choices to make. When it comes to red, for example, the easy choice is tomatoes and red peppers. However, if you want to go for the very best, says anti-aging specialist Dr. Eric Braverman, the top red fruits are cranberries, raspberries and cherries.
