There is much debate surrounding the best method of drinking our favorite raw produce: juicing or blending? Both methods are great ways to incorporate raw foods into your diet, making them easy to consume. Juicing separates juice from fiber, and blending blends everything together. Due to the low amount of fiber left over from juicing, it requires little digestion and allows the body to better absorb vitamins and minerals. When blending, the high content of fiber prevents constipation and blood sugar content from spiking. So, the question is to juice or to blend? We say, as with anything, use both in moderation.
