Can you hear me? A study conducted at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston found that eating two or more servings of fish per week could lower women’s risk of acquired hearing loss. Of the women in the study, those that consumed any type of fish showed a 20% lower risk of hearing loss than those who seldom ate fish.
