Snack Like A Supermodel

Even though it’s clear that supermodels have won the genetic jackpot, they all still work tirelessly to maintain a runway-strutting figure and stay in tip-top shape.

Sure, we get up each day with every intention to eat a hearty breakfast, healthy lunch, and low-carb dinner, but what about everything that comes in between?

It may not seem like it, but I’m pretty sure models experience cravings just as much as we do. I mean, they are human (ish) so why wouldn’t they? But in order to keep their figure and paycheck, they have to make wise decisions when it comes on to snacking.

What’s the first snack you grab for when you’re binge watching on Netflix or feeling a little daring right before bed? If cookies and pretzels are currently piled up in your pantry, you may want to take a page from a supermodel’s food diary.

  • Kendall Jenner

Even though Kendall is no stranger to pizza and burgers, she does love snacking on apples during the times of major shows. Simply slice up some apples and dip in peanut butter. Delish!

  • Gigi Hadid

Kendall’s BFF also has a soft spot for junk food but loves her green juices for a healthy snack. They keep her energized and refreshed for all her shows.

  • Karlie Koss

Karlie swears by avocado toast which is pretty much every Instagram fanatics dream dish. Not only does it look perfect on your feed, but it’s also packed with a ton of nutrients. You can also try sweet potato toast to mix things up.

  • Alessandra Ambrosio

Our favorite Victoria Secret angel eats a little bit of everything. Moderation is key in her case, but one of her favorite snacks is dark chocolate which is filled with antioxidants.

  • Miranda Kerr

We all know and love Miranda’s obsession with healthy habits and clean eating. She told Byrdie that she has lots of “fresh berries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries,” and aside from her love for berries, she also has lots of greens like “kale and cucumber and baby spinach and celery.”

  • Taylor Hill

This model is into healthy smoothies as well as nuts for a healthy way to balance her diet. Pistachios are one of the best nuts you can eat, especially late at night.
