Former Vampire Diaries hunk, Daniel Gillies, discusses his skin care and mid-COVID activities with NEW YOU while supporting Derek Warburton at his NEW PRIDE makeup collection launch in collaboration with Face Stockholm to which Gillies addresses, “I love that Derek is doing this out of the devotion to the difficulties that he’s faced in his own life as a kid.” When asked about the collection, Gillies says “I can see a lot of Pride colors which is fabulous.”
We then go on to discuss how he maintains his perfect skin- to which surprisingly after years of wearing makeup on set he’s never used makeup remover! Instead, he started focusing on his fitness when the COVID -19 pandemic began.
“I’ve heard during COVID men were becoming a chunk, a hunk, a monk, or a drunk. I don’t want to become at least a couple of those things, so I’m going to work my way in another direction.”
