In his handy, helpful guide “The Younger You Rainbow Diet,” anti-aging guru Dr. Eric Braverman points out that when it comes to eating a colorful, vitamin-filled ‘Rainbow Diet’ that there is no ‘White’ in the rainbow. As he points out, replace your white foods with colorful variations. Instead of white rice, eat brown rice. Instead of white sugar, try brown sugar or honey. Instead of white potatoes, eat sweet potatoes and yams; instead of white flour, choose whole grain flour. Instead of salt, season your meals with spices.
Anti-Aging Tip: Replace ‘white’ foods with their colorful variations if you want to live a longer and healthier life.
