We all know that exercise is key to living a longer, healthier life. So watch out for excuses that allow you to avoid exercise. One of the big ones is that you’re too tired at the end of the workday. Athletic trainers, however, are quick to point out that exercise helps overcome fatigue. Once you start to workout, your circulation increases, and you begin to release endorphins, those hormones that make you feel good. So just roust yourself off that couch – or figure out a way to do your workout in the morning.
