Delicious, Raw, Crunchy Kale Chips!

 

Recently, Kale has deservedly been in the spotlight. This green super food has been called everything from the ‘World’s Healthiest Food’ to the ‘Queen of Greens’. Kale is high in vitamins C, A and K, and is a great source for iron, phosphorus, potassium and copper. After trying Brad’s Raw Leafy Kale chips, I’ve definitely found my favorite way to eat this amazing vegetable.
