Since today is National Donut Day, here are a few calories saving food swaps for the day, so you can chomp on that donut later.
Breakfast: Swap eggs (156 calories for 2 eggs) for egg whites (65 calories per half cup) with a slice of Ezekiel bread (80 calories per slice)

Mid-Morning Snack: Instead of going for that bag of Lay’s chips (160 calories), have a cup of nutritious raspberries (65 calories).
