There is an answer: Moving your body get the best, consistent results. Daily exercise can significantly reduce body mass index (BMI, a measure of obesity), waist circumference, and body fat – particularly as we get older. The good news: Even light physical activity counts, like casual walking, housework, or yard work. So move it to lose it!
