A Spa for Your Hair

I’ve always wanted the long easy-to-manage hair that grew passed my waistline, but my naturally curly hair has made that desire a distant dream.  As I got older, I dared to dream. I put my hair through relaxers and dyes to achieve that perfect look, until one day I decided to embrace my natural hair.  I did the “big chop,” as everyone calls it. and started anew. But the years of damaging my hair took a toll.  Today, one year after my “big chop,” my hair has never fully bounced back and I am constantly looking for ways to turn back the hands of time.

Deep conditioners can help revive wilted locks from products including standard shampoos. The “Hair Spa Seaweed Mask” has 18 amino acids, 12 vitamins and 42 trace elements and minerals that help to repair stressed-out tresses, strengthen damaged and chemically treated hair, and protect it from further damage.

It is always difficult for me to find a product that helps to restore my hair so I was extremely skeptical.  The instructions call for an even application over the entire mane after shampooing.  The smell is very soothing and the conditioner feels extremely thick so I did not have to use much.  I left the mixture in my hair for ten minutes with a plastic bag over my head.  After rinsing, I left my hair to dry in the usual way—the windows down while driving method—and surprisingly my formerly dry hair felt different. I looked in the mirror to find softer and noticeably shiner locks.

I have used the product already twice as my beginning-of-the-week regimen and I must say I am enjoying kicking off my week with healthier hair.
