If there’s anything that is needed during a sometimes-stressful holiday season, it’s more candles! With the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, entertaining house guests, and making sure everything is just perfect, we often forget to prioritize self-care. It’s a little bit like putting an oxygen mask on yourself so that you can be the superhuman that takes care of everything and everyone else. Off the heels of Epilepsy Awareness Month, the foundation will debut its lavender candle on November 24th—just in time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Lavender is the official flower for epilepsy, and its oils are thought to relax the body and brain which may help to reduce seizures. The candle will retail for $29.50 and will be available via the SHOP section on The Cameron Boyce Foundation’s website. All proceeds will go to towards the fight to end epilepsy an SUDEP.
