Energy Lift Facial
I had the pleasure of receiving the new Energy Lift Facial last week at LING New York. Upon arrival to the wellness spa my facialist, Angela advised that she would use a combination of far-infrared rays, Asian health principles, and relaxing spa techniques. According to Angela, I was about to take a 60-minute journey to heaven. I believed her.
Angela asked about my skin. I advised that my skin is extremely sensitive. After the consultation Angela pointed out that my skin is also very dehydrated and that she would tweak the facial to not exacerbate my condition.
She used a heat machine embedded with Tourmaline—the highest-energy producing crystal in the world—on my back, spinal area, neck and shoulders. After 20 minutes of this warm and soothing therapy, she applied creams, peels, and masks to clean the dirt, remove dead skin, and alleviate inflammation in my skin. She skipped the standard pore-by-pore extraction on my face because of its sensitivity. I was not complaining because extraction is my least favorite part of facials!
She concluded by applying the healing energy from Tourmaline to my face and utilized anti-aging ingredients to stimulate collagen growth for the finishing touch. The combination of the heat and anti aging ingredients energized my face and removed toxins, revealing noticeably younger complexion.
