Balance starts at the center of your body, and we maintain it by controlling a moving center of gravity over a changing base of support (called “dynamic balance”). According to the latest research, balance is extremely important for brain health and athletic ability. Place both elbows on top of the dome and hold for 30 to 40 seconds. Progress to one elbow at a time and then one-armed plank with a hand on top of the dome. Repeat daily for best results.
